On 7 May 2026, in Win Ma Nar village (Kani township, Yinmarbin district, Sagaing region), the Myanmar military launched three airstrikes using two fighter jets and conducted drone strikes on a hospital operated by the National Unity of Government (NUG) at around 10 am. The Democratic Voice of Burma reported that 2 members of an unidentified local resistance force sustained injuries, and some houses were damaged. Meanwhile, Khit Thit Media reported that a civilian was killed, and Mizzima reported 2 patients were killed. Fatalities coded as 1, using the lowest estimate.
