On 5 May 2026, near Hiangzing village (Tedim township, Falam district, Chin state), the Civic Defense Militia - Siyin carried out mine attacks against Myanmar military reinforcements coming from Kale town near a coffee plantation. 13 military troops were killed, and the group seized three firearms. 13 fatalities.
