On 6 May 2026, in Seikphyu township (Pakokku district, Magway region), the combined forces of the Seikphyu Guerrilla Solo Tiger People's Defense Force, People's Defense Force - Pauk (PaKaPha), and the village People's Defense Force (PaKaPha), conducted a mine attack against the Myanmar military column on the Pathein-Monywa road. The column had departed from Defense Industry No. 21 (Ka Pa Sa 21) to transport a special shipment of thirty 250kg bombs, twenty 500kg bombs, and 10 cluster bombs to the Meiktila Shante Airbase. The combined forces also seized one damaged drone. The mine attack killed 4 military soldiers and destroyed two drones. 4 fatalities.
