Security operations by the Civil Force on the Monterrey-Nuevo Laredo Free Highway resulted in the capture of four alleged members of the Northeast Cartel in Salinas Victoria. Official investigations confirmed that the arrests were made following two tactical intelligence deployments aimed at strengthening the rule of law. The first operation neutralized Jesús “N”, 27, and Adolfo “N”, 24, who attempted to hide in the brush. In a subsequent coordinated action at kilometer 51, authorities arrested Roberto “N” and Óscar “N”, both 44, after they attempted to flee on foot from the public security units.
