In the Svyatoshynskyi district of Kyiv, a 43-year-old woman wounded a man with a gun after he made a remark about a company making noise near his house. The offender was detained.

Verbatim : "The incident took place in the Sviatoshyn district of the city. The victim, a 27-year-old Kyiv resident, made a remark to a company that was resting near his house and was behaving loudly."
Details : Operatives, together with analysts from the criminal analysis sector, identified a 43-year-old local resident and detained her under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
During a search of the suspect's residence, police seized a pistol and ammunition, which are currently being sent for examination.
Investigators under the procedural guidance of the Svyatoshyn District Prosecutor's Office informed the perpetrator of suspicion under Part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - hooliganism committed with the use of weapons. The sanction of the article provides for up to seven years of imprisonment.
