On May 14 at around 11:00 AM, revolutionary forces used landmines and launched an intercept attack near Chauk Mile (6-Mile) village against a convoy carrying terrorist soldiers, which consisted of 2 gravel trucks, 1 trailer truck carrying a road roller, and 1 small car carrying fuel drums, heading from the direction of Bawdi Kan bridge toward Light Infantry Battalion 561.
