The Gauleiter of the occupied part of the Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo, reported the wounding in Skadovsk of collaborator Oleksandr Dudka, who threatened to not issue insulin to diabetic residents without a Russian passport.

Saldo's direct speech : "In Skadovsk, the head of the Skadovsk district, Oleksandr Dudka, was injured as a result of a drone strike. He was hospitalized with a mine-explosive injury and shrapnel wound to the head."

Details : Nothing is yet known about the further status of the collaborator, whom the invaders appointed to "manage" the Skadovsk district.

What happened before :

The occupiers appointed Dudka to lead the Skadovsk urban territorial community in 2023, having previously been the head of the occupation administration of the neighboring resort village of Lazurne.

Dudka reportedly threatened Russian residents not to be given insulin and other medications without a Russian passport. He also threatened to take "Zhdun children" who did not want to study in Russian schools to the demarcation line.
