On May 9 at around 12:00 PM, two kamikaze drones taking off from Monywa Na Ma Kha bombed the Kani-Mingin road section. At around 1:00 PM that same afternoon, a jet fighter taking off from Tada-U Air Base launched another airstrike on the Kani-Mingin road section, causing a 50-year-old woman to die of cardiac arrest.
