At least nine people, including two traffic police personnel, were killed and 33 others injured in an explosion in the Sarai Naurang tehsil (revenue unit) of Lakki Marwat District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on May 12, reports The Express Tribune. According to Police, a loader rickshaw laden with explosives exploded in a busy market during rush hour. The deceased traffic police personnel were identified as Adil Jan and Rahatullah. No group has so far claimed responsibility of the blast.
