On May 11, Security Forces (SFs) arrested an active cadre of Kangleipak Communist Party- Taibanganba (KCP-T) identified as Leishangthem Ibungo Singh (50) from Irengband Hawairou Mayai Leikai area under Kakching Police Station in Kakching District of Manipur, reports Manipur Police on X. Four different arms including automatic rifles, 36 empty magazines of various arms, one 51 highly explosive (HE) bomb, two Para bombs, 11 detonators, four Lathode shells, 1993 live rounds ammunition of different calibres were recovered from his possession.
