During follow-up actions in a domestic violence case, a 31-year-old man who was being held in 48-hour custody told police where the weapon was kept, after officers received information that he possessed it. Police then searched a house and seized an Ecol Special 99 gas pistol, one magazine, and 41 gas cartridges; part of the serial number on the weapon was reported erased.
