Four people, including a prisoner of war, were killed and several homes and buildings were destroyed when the military council carried out aerial bombardments for two consecutive days on Mindat, Chin State, a town under martial law, according to local sources.

Beginning at 11:45 PM on May 11, a jet fighter from Tada-U Air Base carried out two bombing runs on Mindat.

Similarly, yesterday, May 12, the military conducted two bombing runs at 8:00 AM, two at 11:00 AM, and five more at 6:30 PM.

The airstrikes resulted in the deaths of four individuals, including a prisoner of war.
