At approximately 2:00 PM today, May 10, terrorist soldiers from the Hpakant Tactical Command Base (Tap-Ma-Kone) advanced toward Nam Ma Phit village. To clear their path, the military used drones to drop bombs along their intended route.

During this drone attack, a bomb struck and exploded at a restaurant, killing one civilian and injuring a child.
