Revolutionary joint forces raided the fortified "Shwe Nyaung Pin" junta outpost in Lay Ein Tan village, Myingyan Township, Mandalay Region, resulting in eight military fatalities.

Around 1:00 AM on May 7, the OneMore Column and its allies stormed the base, which was manned by approximately 30 junta troops. During the exchange of fire, eight soldiers were killed on the spot and nine others were wounded. Revolutionary comrades were able to retreat without casualties.
