An official from the Student’s Revolutionary Force (SRF) told Khit Thit Media that an attack on a terrorist military outpost based in Chaung Sone, Mingin Town, Sagaing Region, left one soldier dead and another wounded.

Around 1:30 PM on May 8, Battalion 518 of the Student’s Revolutionary Force attacked the military outpost in Chaung Sone. The engagement lasted approximately 20 minutes, resulting in one military fatality and one injury. Revolutionary forces were able to retreat without any casualties.
