Fighting remains intense in Lone Khin, Hpakant Township, Kachin State, where 15 personnel from the terrorist military have been killed, with some bodies and ammunition seized, a local military source told Yangon Khit Thit News Agency.

Since approximately 5:00 AM today, May 5, fierce clashes have continued between the terrorist military and KIA-led allied forces within the Lone Khin village tract. During the engagement, 15 junta soldiers were killed, and some bodies along with military equipment were captured.

The battle is ongoing, and the terrorist military’s strategic hilltop base has been firing heavy artillery indiscriminately. As a result, homes in Lone Khin village tract have been struck by shells, leading to consecutive fires.
