On 8 May 2026, at around 19:40pm, two Russian 'Shahed/Geran'-type kamikaze-drones struck an agricultural enterprise in Pecheniuhy, Chernihiv. As a result, 2 civilians (father and son: farmers) were killed and 1 more civilian received injuries. Moreover, the farm premises, and a warehouse building with compound feed were completely destroyed.
