On 6 May 2026, in the evening, Israeli warplanes launched airstrikes south of Khan Yunis, coded to Khan Yunis - Jourat Al-Loot (Khan Yunis, Gaza Strip) in support of a collaborating armed group that was ambushed by Radea Unit, affiliated with Hamas. Casualties unknown due to the airstrike, only a jeep was damaged. This event occurred in a Hamas-controlled area of the Yellow Line.
