On 2 May 2026, at the entrance of Tedim town (Tedim township, Falam district, Chin state), the Myanmar military (IB-269) based in Tedim town conducted drone strikes on the Zoland Petrol Pump gas station in the afternoon. A 13-year-old boy, who worked at the gas station, was killed, and his older brother sustained injuries. 1 fatality.
