On 2 May 2026, in Tha Pyay Yae village (coded as Seikphyu) (Seikphyu township, Pakokku district, Magway region), the combined forces of the Seikphyu Guerrilla Solo Tiger People's Defense Force, People's Defense Force - Pauk (PaKaPha), and the Bo Nar Pauk Group - Pauk conducted a landmine attack against the Myanmar military column of around 250 soldiers who had stayed overnight in the village, raided and searched the houses in the village, around 9:30 am. During the clash, 2 military soldiers including one second lieutenant were killed and some soldiers were severely injured. 2 fatalities.
