On 7 May 2026, Israeli warplanes and drones struck multiple locations in Douair (Al Nabatieh, Al Nabatieh), including Douair square and the upper cemetery, destroying several residential homes including the imam's house and homes in the Bir Zbib and El Baraka neighborhoods, damaging the mosque, and cutting the road toward Aabba, killing 3 people, including a child, and injuring 15 others. Another airstrike struck the vicinity of the new Hussaini Club, causing major damage to dozens of homes and shops. Casualties unknown. An Israeli drone also struck a motorcycle on the cemetery road at the same location, injuring 1 person. Total fatalities coded as at least 3.
