On 7 May 2026, an Israeli drone struck Toul (Al Nabatieh, Al Nabatieh), including the vicinity of Sheikh Ragheb Harb Hospital and the Islamic Health Authority point. A Civil Defense team from the Islamic Health Society (Hezbollah affiliated) arrived to check the area, when Israeli warplanes struck the same location again, injuring 2 team members and 1 journalist, and damaging an ambulance.
