In the Podilskyi district of the Odessa region, a man attacked the personnel of the alert group, inflicting knife wounds on two servicemen, they are in serious condition.

Verbatim : "On May 10, in the village of Baibuzivka, Savranska settlement community, Podilsky district, a joint alert group together with representatives of the National Police stopped a citizen to check his military registration documents. The results of the check established that the person is wanted for violating military registration rules.

While escorting the offender to the territorial recruitment center to process administrative materials, the citizen committed an armed attack on the personnel of the alert group. Using a cold weapon, the attacker inflicted multiple knife wounds on two servicemen.

Currently, both victims are hospitalized in a serious condition, and doctors are fighting for their lives."

Details : The CCC emphasized that this was a targeted attempt to kill the defenders of Ukraine who were performing a state task, and no circumstances can justify the commission of a particularly serious criminal offense against servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Law enforcement agencies have initiated urgent investigative actions regarding this fact. The leadership of the Odessa Regional CCC and the Joint Venture will insist on bringing the guilty person to justice under the maximum sanctions of the law.
