Indeed, a 122 mm Grad rocket, believed to be made in Iran. It exploded beautifully, what you see is only the engine. The hole he shows and claims was made by bullets is actually a hole from a screw that held the nozzle and the wings attached to the engine. The Grad's shell casing is visible in the attached photo (not from the same incident).
