Three people, including a child, were killed and approximately 10 others were injured when the military junta used jet fighters and Y-12 aircraft to relentlessly bomb Minbya and Kyauktaw townships in Rakhine State on May 7, according to a statement by the Arakan Army (AA).

On May 7, at approximately 2:15 p.m., the junta used two jet fighters and one Y-12 aircraft to continuously bomb Kin Mon Chaung Gyaing, southeast of Kyauk Khote village in Minbya Township, and its surrounding villages for about 40 minutes.
