Fifteen junta soldiers were killed during clashes along the road between Falam and Hakha townships in Chin State, according to military sources.

After the military junta seized Falam on April 25, they began an offensive along the Falam-Hakha road. The deaths occurred during a battle with Chin forces on the Liakua mountain ridge yesterday (May 7) at 1:30 p.m.
