Two soldiers were killed while several others were wounded when the Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) cadres attacked a military convoy and personnel guarding a road construction company in Tirteej Koturi area of Awaran District in Balochistan on April 29, reports The Balochistan Post. While claiming responsibility of the attack, the BLF ‘spokesperson’ Major Gwahram Baloch in a statement said the attack began with a sniper strike, killing one soldier, before the remaining personnel were targeted with heavy weapons. The BLF claimed one more soldier was killed and several others were wounded.
