On May 4, drugs and firearms were recovered during a naval operation, in a secretly hidden underground brick kiln in Alikhali area of ??Hnila Union in Teknaf Upazila (Sub-District) of Cox's Bazar District, reports Prothom Alo. A fugitive identified as Nurul Kabir, accused in multiple cases, was also arrested during the operation. Five kilograms of crystal meth (ice), one lakh Yaba pills, two foreign pistols, bullets and various equipment were recovered in the operation.
