Law enforcement officers literally : "Police are working at the scene of an explosion in the city of Dnipro... According to preliminary information, a parked car exploded... Two men were injured."

Details : The incident occurred in the Sobornyi district of the city.

An investigative and operational team, explosives service personnel, and forensic experts are working at the scene.

Police are investigating the circumstances of the explosion.

The prosecutor's office added that they have initiated criminal proceedings on the fact of a terrorist act (Article 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
