A drone has crashed a few kilometres away from two facilities run by Russia's military-industrial complex in the city of Rzhev in Tver Oblast: Elektromekhanika JSC and the 55th Arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate of Russia's Defence Ministry.

Details: Korolyov said drones attacked the city of Rzhev in Tver Oblast. He said several apartment buildings were damaged and 350 people were evacuated, but there were no casualties. ASTRA analysed the site where the drone crashed and found that it had come down a few kilometres away from Russian defence industry facilities.
Elektromekhanika JSC is located roughly 1 km from the drone crash site, and the 55th Arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate is about 2 km away. For reference: Elektromekhanika JSC is a company that produces specialised equipment for the aviation, aerospace and energy sectors. The plant manufactures vacuum-casting systems and electron-beam welding systems used in the production of aircraft engines and missile technology. The company cooperates with major Russian defence holding companies and works within the state defence procurement system.
