UAV event in Ukraine on Fri 1st May 2026

On 1 May 2026, in the morning night and during the day, Russian Forces conducted a combination of air, drone, and artillery strikes at the residential areas in Kherson city, Kherson. In separate drone and artillery strikes, 1 civilian man was killed and 2 more (man and woman) received fragmentation wounds in the Korabel and Dniprovskyi districts, all admitted to a hospital. During the attacks on Beryslav, Novovorontsovka, Kucherske, Zolota Balka, Borozenske, Vysoke, Bilozerka, Urozhaine, Tarasa Shevchenko, Antonivka, Burhunka, Vesele, Dariivka, Dudchany, Zelenivka, Ivanivka, Kizomys, Komyshany, Kostyrka, Lvove Novokairy, Odradokamianka, Osokorivka, Poniativka, Prydniprovske, Sablukivka, Sadove, Sofiivka, Tiahynka, Khreshchenivka, Stanislav, Oleksandrivka, Shyroka Balka, Zymivnyk, Mykhailivka, Tomaryne and the city of Kherson: a high-rise building, 14 private houses, a museum, a post office, a shop, a public transport stop and private cars were damaged. 1 civilian was killed in Kherson city and 11 more civilians injured (1 coded to Komyshany and 10 coded to Kherson).
