On 27 April 2026, Houthi forces conducted 1 suicide drone strike targeting the road in Jabal al Balaq ash Sharqi region (Marib, Marib) during the time of civilians passage in the area. The strike resulted in damage to a heavy transport truck was hit by shrapnel from the explosion, causing it to break down and stop in the middle of the road.
