On 30 April 2026, between Mindat town and Kyauk Htu town (coded as Mindat) (Mindat district, Chin state), the Myanmar military conducted airstrikes with five jet fighters from Tada-U, Magway, and Aye Lar air bases and dropped bombs 10 times around 12:00 pm. During the airstrike, the Artillery Battalion 368 based in Kyaukhtu fired heavy weapons. Casualties unknown.
