On April 25, an active cadre of National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Isak-Muivah (NSCN-IM) identified as ‘lieutenant’ Thinwang Deosa (60), surrendered before the Khonsa Battalion of Assam Rifles in the general area of Sanliam in Tirap Dstrict of Arunachal Pradesh, reports East Mojo. He surrendered along with one 7.65 mm pistol (made in the US), one magazine, and seven live rounds of 7.65 mm ammunition.
