At least 10 military personnel were killed while several others sustained injuries when the Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) cadres ambushed a military convoy at the Sedh area of Jhao tehsil (revenue unit) in Awaran District of Balochistan on April 18, reports Zrumbesh. While claiming responsibility of the attack, BLF ‘spokesperson’ Major Gwahram Baloch said that military convoy was advancing from Awaran toward Jhao when their pre-positioned cadre struck it. A fierce assault was lunched on the military convoy from all four directions using rocket launchers, LMGs and other automatic heavy weapons. Three enemy vehicles were completely destroyed in the attack, resulting in 10 military personnel killed on the spot, while several others were wounded. During the operation, the Security Forces (SFs) attempted an aerial strike on the cadres’ positions using a quadcopter; however, our cadres responded promptly and brought down the military’s quadcopter.|At least seven Security Forces (SFs) were killed during clashes as SFs launched a major operation on April 19 by encircling the Dasht and Kambila areas of Mastung District in Balochistan, reports Zrumbesh. During the operation, SFs faced heavy attacks, resulting in intense gunfire and explosions reported in the region.|Three Security Forces (SFs) personnel, including two bomb disposal squad (BDS) personnel, were killed while two other personnel sustained injuries when the Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) cadres attacked them in the Nodiz area of Turbat tehsil (revenue unit) in Kech District of Balochistan on April 18, reports Zrumbesh. While claiming responsibility of the attack, BLF ‘spokesperson’ Major Gwahram Baloch said their cadres targeted a three-vehicle military convoy. The operation was carried out as the military convoy was attempting to clear a route for its movement in the area. At the beginning of the attack, our cadres targeted two BDS personnel who were checking the road for security clearance, killing both on the spot. Subsequently, all three military vehicles in the convoy were attacked with automatic weapons, resulting in one more personnel killed and two wounded. The vehicles also sustained significant damage.|One Army personnel was killed when the Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) cadres targeted a military checkpoint at the Kinechi area of Kolwah tehsil (revenue unit) in Awaran District of Balochistan on April 17, reports Zrumbesh. While claiming responsibility of the attack, BLF ‘spokesperson’ Major Gwahram Baloch said cadres from other units attacked the checkpoint with automatic and heavy weapons, inflicting casualties and material damage on the Army.|The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) cadres attacked the Frontier Corps FC Training Center with a hand grenade in the Banzgir area of Khuzdar District in Balochistan on April 18, reports Zrumbesh. While claiming responsibility of the attack, BLF ‘spokesperson’ Major Gwahram Baloch said cadres hurled a hand grenade at the FC residential quarters, which detonated with a powerful explosion, inflicting damages. Panicked FC personnel opened heavy fire in all directions.|The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) cadres carried out an organized blockade on the Makuran Coastal Highway in the Shitangi area of Pasni tehsil (revenue unit) in Gwadar District of Balochistan at approximately 3:00 pm on April 17, reports Zrumbesh. While claiming responsibility of the attack, BLF ‘spokesperson’ Major Gwahram Baloch said cadres established full military control over a large section of the highway, halting all types of enemy movement. During the blockade, vehicles were subjected to strict surveillance and snap checking. The BLF appeals to the public and travellers on the highways to ensure full cooperation during blockades and checks conducted by our cadres. We wish to make it clear that complying with the fighters’ instructions during a blockade is necessary for your own safety. If any individual or vehicle violates the blockade or adopts suspicious behaviour instead of cooperating, our cadres will be justified in treating them as the enemy or an enemy facilitator and taking action accordingly.|Unidentified gunmen, suspected to be Baloch insurgents, ambushed two Security Forces (SFs) vehicle while patrolling at Daghari Cross in Mastung District of Balochistan on April 19, reports Zrumbesh. One of the vehicles came under direct attack, resulting in casualties among the SFs. However, authorities have not yet provided any official details regarding the incident.|In the Zamran area of Kech District in Balochistan, particularly around Nawano and its surroundings, gunship helicopters and drones were observed conducting flights on April 19-morning, indicating heightened military activity, reports Zrumbesh. SFs are actively operating in Zamran as well. This operation comes after an incident on April 18 when unidentified militants targeted and set ablaze two vehicles carrying rations meant for the military in Zamran’s same locality.|A large group of armed men, suspected to be Baloch insurgents, attacked a military camp at Kund Masuri in Dasht tehsil (revenue unit) of Kech District in Balochistan on April 19, leading to severe gunfire and explosions, reports Zrumbesh.
