SAA event in Peja District, Pec area, Kosovo on Sat 18th April 2026

Police uncovered a well-organized indoor drug cultivation laboratory during a raid at the property of a 38-year-old suspect, where they seized an automatic “Scorpion”-type firearm with a magazine, and a combat knife, 91 cannabis plants, approximately 4 grams of marijuana, Additional items included an electronic scale, drug packaging equipment, a mobile phone, and advanced indoor cultivation systems (lighting, ventilation, irrigation, thermostats, and electrical installations), as well as plant growth chemicals and pesticides. An illegal electricity connection was also detected, believed to have powered the operation. The man was arrested and detained for 48 hours.
