Local residents told the Yangon Khit Thit news agency that the military bombed Ba Han village and surrounding villages in Thandaunggyi Township, Karen State, from the air, resulting in numerous civilian casualties, with some victims' bodies becoming unrecoverable.

The military is not only conducting ground column offensives in Thandaunggyi Township but is also continuously carrying out airstrikes, frequently targeting villages inhabited by civilians.

From 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM today, the military continuously dropped bombs on Ba Han village and nearby villages in Thandaunggyi Township using aircraft, resulting in continuous civilian casualties.
