Rosaviatsia has introduced temporary restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft at the Orsk airport and a number of other cities in the Russian Federation.

According to Astra, in Orsk, drones attacked the Orsknefteorgsintez refinery, one of the largest oil refineries in Russia.

PJSC "Orsknaftoorgsintez" is part of the ForteInvest holding, which belongs to Mikhail Gutseriyev's Safmar group, and processes about 6 million tons of oil per year. The enterprise produces gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil, bitumen, aviation kerosene and other petroleum products.

"Today, a hostile drone flew over one of the industrial sites in the Perm Municipal District. Workers were evacuated. There were no injuries. A fire broke out at the facility. Emergency and rescue services are working at the scene," Makhonin wrote.

On the line between the city of Perm and Bashkultaevo is located one of the largest and most high-tech oil refineries in Russia, LUKOIL-Permnaftoorgsintez.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, overnight air defense systems allegedly intercepted and destroyed 98 Ukrainian UAVs over the Astrakhan, Belgorod, Volgograd, Voronezh, Kursk, Rostov, Saratov regions of the Russian Federation and temporarily occupied Crimea.
