In western Bago Region, the military junta conducted airstrikes using jet fighters in Letpadan Township despite there being no active fighting, resulting in the deaths of four young civilians and injuring six others, according to the Bago Region People’s Defense Organization (PDO).

A military official from the Bago Region PDO told Mizzima that at approximately 11:30 AM yesterday (April 22), two junta jet fighters dropped at least 10 bombs on Won Kalay (Sar Chaung) Village, located near the Thea Kaw Dam in the War Yon Pin Zin village tract of Letpadan Township.
