SAA event in Si Ayutthaya Province, Thailand on Sun 26th April 2026

A man went on a shooting rampage on a road in the middle of a community; a passing villager sacrificed her life. A 44-year-old mother was shot while in her car, the bullet hitting her chest area, resulting in her death. Fortunately, both of her children are safe. Several vehicles were damaged. A search of the perpetrator revealed 3 tablets of methamphetamine.

Today (April 26, 2026), police received a report of a man in a frenzied state using a firearm to shoot indiscriminately at residents and passing vehicles. The incident occurred on the road along Khlong Phraya Mueang, Moo 6, Phraya Banlue Subdistrict, Lat Bua Luang District, Phranakorn Si Ayutthaya Province. At the scene, a white sedan with Bangkok license plate 8141 was found shot through the driver's side door. The bullet struck the female driver, identified as Ms. Paphatsara (surname withheld), age 44. She was severely injured and rushed to Phraya Banlue Hospital, but was later reported deceased. Her aunt and two children were unharmed.
