Rocket event in Magway Region, Seikphyu Township area, Myanmar on Sun 19th April 2026
19th April 2026
The terrorist military’s No. 21 Defense Equipment Factory (Kapa-sa 21) in Seikphyu Township, Magway Region, was attacked with over 40 rockets, including 107mm shock missiles, an official from the Magway Region People's Defense Force (PDF) told Khit Thit Media.
On April 19, revolutionary forces fired more than 40 rounds of 107mm shock missiles and handmade rockets at Kapa-sa 21. Casualties on the terrorist military side are still being investigated.
The attack was aimed at reducing the military's offensive and defensive capabilities nationwide and curbing the indiscriminate bombing of civilians. This factory is reportedly a key pillar supporting the military's nationwide aerial bombing campaigns.
An official from the Magway Region PDF explained that Kapa-sa 21 produces 300-lb, 500-lb, and 1,000-lb bombs, cluster bombs, and—starting from late 2023—drone grenades. These munitions are used in airstrikes against villages and civilians across the country and serve as the primary support for military operations.
