Police searched a house and an outside shed and found and seized five automatic rifles, one rifle, three pistols, one shotgun, a silencer, around 900 cartridges, detonator caps, safety fuses, a bayonet, and police-style uniforms and equipment. The 41-year-old man suspected of keeping the weapons there fled when he saw police arrive and remained wanted, while his 66-year-old mother, who was inside the house, was arrested. Investigators suspected the 41-year-old man, a former member of the Armed Forces, was keeping the weapons for sale to criminal groups.
