Five Security Forces (SFs) personnel were killed while four personnel sustained injuries when the Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) cadres ambushed a convoy of eight military vehicles in the Ahori area of Awaran District in Balochistan on April 11, reports Zrumbesh. BLF claimed responsibility for the attack. In a statement issued to the media, BLF ‘spokesperson’ Major Gwahram Baloch said that cadres simultaneously targeted the front and rear vehicles using rocket launchers, sniper rifles and automatic heavy weapons to restrict movement.
