As Samuel bent down to pick it up and hand it back, the minor pulled out a gun and fired multiple times at point-blank range, reportedly around 16 shots, mostly to the head. The attack, described by police as a premeditated ambush, was captured on video. The 17-year-old suspect fled the scene immediately afterward and remains at large. According to authorities, the teenager had been wanted prior to the incident.
