On 13 April 2026, Russian forces carried out drone strikes at an (unspecified) infrastructure object in the Kropyvnytskyi district (coded to Kropyvnytskyi city, Kirovohrad). As a result, a fire broke out at the site. Also, at 02:37am, several explosions occurred in the air over Kropyvnytskyi city. It is likely that Ukrainian air defense systems engaged the Russian drones over the area. Casualties unknown.
