On 13 April 2026, the Indonesian military conducted a land and air military operation at the refugee camps in the Kembru/Yimuk district (Puncak regency, Central Papua province). This was a claim made by the TPNPB's spokesperson. The military operation was conducted from 13 April to 15 April 2026 (coded separately), and at least 5 to 9 civilians (likely Papuans based on their names) died. Three Papuan minors suffered wounds on the chest, leg, and arm. 5 Fatalities split across three days (coded as 2 on this date).
