On 13 April 2026, the Indonesian military forces dropped bombs using four helicopters in Guamo village, Pogoma district (Puncak regency, Central Papua province). This was a claim made by the TPNPB. The military was targeting TPNPB headquarters. The rebels' spokesperson stated that the military operation resulted in civilian casualties (likely including Papuans based on the location) and displaced residents. Casualties unknown.
