On 9 June 2021, unknown militants targeted the Global Coalition base Camp Victory with two Katyusha rockets near Baghdad International Airport. The base cyber defenses downed a drone which was observing the area during the rocket attack. There is no information concerning damages. The base's CRAM system failed to activate.
