On 4 April 2026, Israeli warplanes struck at least two times Hosh (Tyr, South). One of the strikes destroyed two buildings and caused significant damage to nearby houses. The building of the Lebanese-Italian Hospital was also damaged. Local media stated that the second strike hit the same location of the first one while rescue operations were underway. At least 11 people were injured, including three paramedics from the Lebanese Civil Defense.
