Local sources told Yangon Khit Thit News Agency that KIA joint forces captured two Warazup militia camps in the Hukaung region of Danai Township, Kachin State, resulting in 15 military deaths and the seizure of weapons and ammunition.

On the morning of April 18, KIA joint forces launched an attack on the Warazup militia camps, which operate under the terrorist military, and successfully captured two locations: the Ewe Law and Khalam Kawng camps.

The battle to capture the camps was intense, with casualties reported among the terrorist military and militia members. KIA joint forces are currently continuing area clearance operations.
